This rat’s days were numbered when a keen-eyed barred owl spotted it scampering through the snow. Wildlife photographer Mircea Costina says: I found this bird in the forest, north of Quebec City, Canada. After a couple of hours in his company, at -30 degrees Celsius, finally, the owl started hunting. He captured a huge rat right in front of me.
